About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IAM assessments, transformation projects, and solution design initiatives
- Design and implement Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management solutions
- Help organizations improve identity, role, and access management
- Work with Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Microsoft Active Directory, and Entra ID
- Design and optimize Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes
- Define role models, access policies, governance controls, and access review processes
- Design secure authentication solutions, including SSO, federation, MFA, and passwordless technologies
- Support application integration into IAM environments, including access model design, connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to security audits and address identity governance, privileged access, and compliance findings
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues on workshops, solution designs, proposals, and new business opportunities
- Expand BearingPoint's delivery capabilities across strategic IAM platforms
- Support successful delivery of IAM projects
- Build reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery approaches
- Strengthen collaboration between IAM, Microsoft Security, and the broader Security Services practice
- Contribute to a scalable Security Services portfolio supporting cross-country opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience with at least one enterprise IAM platform, such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, or CyberArk
- Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- 5+ years of experience delivering or contributing to IAM, IGA, or PAM initiatives
- Advanced English level
- Practical experience designing and implementing Identity Governance
- Practical experience designing and implementing Access Lifecycle Management
- Practical experience designing and implementing Access Certification
- Practical experience designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Practical experience designing and implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
- Practical experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Practical experience designing and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federation
- Practical experience designing and implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Modern Authentication
- Solid understanding of IAM architecture principles and enterprise security controls
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical delivery teams
- Ability to produce architecture documentation, solution designs, and client-facing deliverables
- Experience working with hybrid identity architectures is nice to have
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements is nice to have
- Experience contributing to pre-sales activities and business development initiatives is nice to have
- French and/or German language skills are nice to have
- Relevant vendor certifications are nice to have
