About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics and AI use cases end-to-end
- Acquire data, deploy models, and operationalize analytics solutions tailored to client needs
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses on large datasets
- Uncover trends and patterns and provide actionable business insights and recommendations
- Build, train, and validate predictive, classification, clustering, and other machine learning models
- Interpret and visualize analytical results
- Present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical client stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and data landscapes
- Advise on analytics strategy, data management best practices, emerging technologies, and responsible AI
- Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
- Mentor junior analysts and data scientists
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building within the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- A Bachelor’s degree combined with strong relevant experience will also be considered
- Proven ability to extract, prepare, and analyze data from structured and unstructured sources
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts; NoSQL knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
- Hands-on experience with pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Spark MLlib, Power BI, or Tableau
- Solid foundation in statistics and mathematics
- Experience building and validating supervised and unsupervised machine learning models
- Knowledge of the end-to-end model lifecycle from development to deployment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a client-facing role or consulting environment
- Several years, typically 3–5+ years, of hands-on experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering analytics or AI projects
- Open, curious, and proactive mindset; ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English is required
