About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, test, implement, and support ServiceNow systems
Administer, maintain, and support existing ServiceNow modules
Implement new modules and business flows in the ServiceNow application
Maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows to meet customers’ business needs
Work with business analysts and vendors/customers to gather requirements
Prepare and modify technical documentation and requirements throughout project phases
Research, evaluate, and recommend third-party integrations and applications
Report progress, issues, and problems to the supervisor
Provide lessons learned and suggestions to optimize work processes
Train internal and external resources according to project and BearingPoint needs
Provide knowledge, internal training, client proposals, and technical input for project activities as the ServiceNow offering grows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma in computer science or information technology or a comparable degree
3+ years of relevant consulting/implementation experience in ServiceNow
At least one active ServiceNow certification, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Experience interacting with customers at business, sales, service, and technical levels
Work experience in multicultural environments
EU citizenship or permanent residency in the Czech Republic
Already living in the Czech Republic
ITIL Foundations (nice to have)
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades (nice to have)
