About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on the implementation, modernization, and continued development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform
Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solution and enterprise architectures based on Microsoft technologies
Design data models, integration scenarios, and target architectures
Support implementation in complex transformation projects
Optimize business processes through business applications, automation solutions, and AI-powered technologies
Conduct client workshops, architecture reviews, and design sessions
Advise on architecture, security, governance, and quality standards
Assume functional responsibility within project teams
Coach colleagues
Support presales activities and the development of solution concepts
Support projects from strategic consulting through implementation across the entire solution lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline
Several years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions and the Microsoft Power Platform
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure as well as cloud, integration, and enterprise architectures
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solution and architecture concepts
Experience in transformation and digitalization projects
Ideally, knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, and Microsoft Copilot
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Excellent German and English language skills
