About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze clients' business processes, requirements, and objectives
Advise clients on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations, integrations, and extensions
Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and develop improvement strategies
Guide client end-users in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver projects successfully
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform developments and share knowledge with the team
Recommend best practices and industry standards for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant or in a similar role
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification
Bachelor's degree needed
Knowledge and hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or NAV/Business Central
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a strong team player
Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and attend the office once a week
Relevant certifications such as Power Platform Fundamentals or Power Platform Developer Associate are ideally possessed
