About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute Beaulieu Canada’s IT and digital roadmap
  • Define the target architecture for the technology ecosystem, including business systems, data, integrations, automation, AI, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
  • Prioritize technology investments based on business value, risks, costs, and benefits
  • Lead the ERP transformation from preparation through deployment and stabilization
  • Simplify and standardize processes before automating them
  • Develop a structured approach to data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence in partnership with business functions
  • Ensure the reliability, security, continuity, and performance of critical technology services and environments
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Beaulieu Canada and the B.I.G. Group IT teams
  • Lead and develop the Canadian IT team
  • Manage partners, vendors, and systems integrators
  • Maintain execution discipline to lead multiple transformations without compromising day-to-day operations
  • Perform other related duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT and digital transformation
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role
  • Experience selecting, implementing, or transforming a large-scale ERP system
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment, ideally within an international, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of business applications, integrations, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, artificial intelligence, and OT/IT environments
  • Experience managing technology portfolios, vendors, budgets, and business cases
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technology decisions to operational and financial results
  • Ability to think long term while delivering concrete, pragmatic improvements in the short term
  • Ability to determine whether to standardize, purchase, configure, develop, or retire a solution
  • Cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence business teams, corporate stakeholders, and technology partners
  • Strong execution discipline, change management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Fluency in French and English
