About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the supply chain strategy across the short, medium, and long term
Translate business objectives into efficient demand, supply, and information flows
Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization
Lead and develop Customer Service, Aftersales, Procurement, Planning, Sample Room, Warehouse, and Logistics teams across multiple production sites
Monitor and improve supply chain processes and KPIs, balancing Service, Cost, and Cash objectives
Resolve daily operational challenges and optimize material and information flows
Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to convert strategic initiatives into practical, sustainable solutions
Translate supply chain performance data into actionable insights and operational reports
Coach, mentor, and empower teams
Support business transformation and strengthen cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles
Experience within the roll goods industry is considered a strong asset
Proven track record in continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management
Strong project management and analytical capabilities
Strategic thinking
Inspiring leadership style with the ability to engage, develop, and motivate teams
Strong customer orientation and ability to translate customer requirements into efficient supply chain solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
