About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own delivery of Beautiful Destinations' Middle East program of work
Run an always-on creator academy and oversee 2 to 3 campaigns at a time
Lead delivery for the company's largest client relationship and major regional campaigns
Own productions for global hotel groups and travel brands in Dubai and the wider region
Convert sold projects into plans covering the brief, timing, scope, budget, and production approach
Assign projects to the appropriate producer and oversee delivery
Make decisions on production spend, timing, and contracts
Provide senior support when live productions require experience and calm judgment
Optimize supplier arrangements, freelance and permanent staffing, and footage workflows
Act as a trusted delivery partner for senior clients on calls, leadership meetings, and shoot days
Deliver high-quality work at strong margins while monitoring budgets, actuals, and value-creating decisions
Collaborate with Creative and Creators to select creators for briefs and maintain a point of view on the work
Manage feasibility, permitting, insurance, and compliance across the region
Lead initiatives involving AI prompts, release-form automation, and footage storage and sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Around 10 years in production is a good guide, though depth of experience matters more than exact years
Production experience in production companies, creator-led studios, or social-first agencies
Strong production craft and ability to make high-quality work on budget
Ability to write reliable estimates, proposals, and timing plans
Strong client-facing and presentation skills
Experience owning a program of work beyond single productions and thinking commercially
Experience leading and developing other producers
Ability to evaluate creator fit and assess the quality of work
Experience with cinematic hero films and social-first, always-on content
Genuine enthusiasm for AI and technology in production, with examples of applying them to improve speed, quality, or cost
Experience shooting in the GCC advantageous
Experience in Saudi Arabia especially advantageous
Must be based in Dubai, UAE, with full relocation support provided
