About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain room rates, booking restrictions, and inventory in the PMS, RMS, and distribution channels
Configure pricing, packages, inventory changes, rate adjustments, length-of-stay restrictions, and channel availability changes
Prepare daily and weekly revenue reports covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, and booking activity
Monitor reservation pickup, booking pace, cancellations, and booking trends
Review rate parity and room availability across direct and third-party booking channels
Audit PMS, RMS, and distribution channel data for accuracy and coordinate resolution of anomalies
Monitor data exchange between PMS, RMS, and distribution channels, including wholesalers
Maintain wholesaler relationships and coordinate rate and availability updates
Serve as the on-site contact for wholesale representatives
Maintain integrations for the Beaver Run Unit Specific program and implement connections for new units
Assist with group room blocks and inventory controls
Research competitor rates, availability, local events, and market conditions
Partner with Reservations, Front Office, Sales and Marketing, third-party integration providers, and internal teams
Identify data discrepancies and revenue opportunities
Report to the Revenue Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highschool diploma or GED – required
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, finance, economics, or a related field – preferred
3+ years of experience in hotel or resort revenue management, reservations, or a related analytical or inventory management role – required
Experience using property management systems (PMS) – required
Experience using revenue management software – required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook – required
Proficiency in written and spoken English – required
