About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the liaison between your team, the National Service Center, and concession partners in the Greater Upper Palatinate sales region.
  • Independently lead and coordinate a geographically dispersed team.
  • Recruit motivated employees for the team.
  • Maintain relationships with business partners.
  • Optimize sales, costs, and points of sale.
  • Take responsibility for space and assortment planning, profitability control, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a strategic overview of the region and ensure smooth processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or in a comparable position, preferably in retail.
  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
  • At least 2 years of management experience; you are familiar with recruitment, employee discussions, and terminations.
  • Ability to communicate in English in order to participate in international projects.
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
