About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary on-site contact for sales partners in Gera, Hermsdorf, Bad Köstritz, Weida, Münchenbernsdorf, and Bad Klosterlausitz
- Resolve challenges independently or with support from the team
- Ensure the correct presentation and stocking of accessories
- Maintain orderly sales areas at partner locations
- Manage stock storage, ordering, and price labeling
- Maintain display stands and present accessories; no direct sales involved
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in retail is preferred, but career changers are welcome
- Communicative, reliable, and approachable personality
- A flair for decoration and a keen eye for detail
- Confident using smartphone apps
- Own car and internet access
- 25.5 hours per week spread over 4 fixed days
