About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure displays are fully stocked and clean during weekly service visits to retail outlets
Validate deliveries, check stock levels, maintain the appropriate level of products on displays, and carry out inventories
Ensure products are presented effectively and that beeline merchandising standards are followed
Manage collection changes and install new products
Build regular relationships with partner stores and negotiate the best locations for displays
Work independently with partners in an area covering Brussels and the surrounding region, including Vilvoorde, Zaventem, Tervuren, Leuven, and nearby municipalities
Collaborate with the Area Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial awareness, independence, attention to detail, and creativity
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
Passion for the latest trends and an interest in developing your career within an international, dynamic, and creative company
Previous experience in merchandising or product shelf-stocking is an advantage
No previous sales or window-display experience required
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
A valid Category B driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory
Basic knowledge of Dutch is mandatory
