About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure optimal replenishment and cleanliness of displays during weekly visits to retail stores
Check deliveries, monitor stock levels, maintain optimal product availability, and conduct inventories
Ensure products are prominently displayed and comply with beeline merchandising guidelines
Manage collection changes and install new products
Build regular relationships with partner stores and negotiate the best locations for displays
Work independently with partners across the Brussels North area, in collaboration with the Area Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial mindset, self-motivation, attention to detail, and creativity
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
Experience in merchandising or product replenishment is an advantage
No previous sales or window-dressing experience required
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
A valid Category B driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required
Basic knowledge of Dutch is required
