About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage relationships with a portfolio of health insurance partners
- Implement negotiated provider credentialing tables in the system
- Provide internal support for negotiations and general departmental processes
- Provide comprehensive support to health insurance partners for all requests
- Assist with documenting internal processes
- Support internal teams with various negotiations and contracts involving partner health insurance providers
- Work in Beep’s Supplementary Healthcare division, within a home healthcare company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Professional experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience negotiating and registering fee schedules with health insurance providers or healthcare service providers in the supplementary healthcare sector
- Knowledge of industry fee schedules: AMB, CBHPM, and Brasíndice
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables
- A plus: experience in a registration department focused on supplementary healthcare fee schedules
- A plus: experience credentialing clinical laboratories, vaccination services, and infusion services
