About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Devise solutions to client business problems using problem-solving skills
Conduct analysis on complex and multiple pharmaceutical data sets
Work with analytical and visualization tools such as R, Python, Tableau, and SQL
Deliver task and client deliverables through a structured project management approach
Ensure quality control in accordance with project manager guidance
Work with the team/project lead on business-related tasks and activities
Build project documentation and knowledge repositories
Take ownership of assigned project tasks and deliver high-quality work on time, supporting client satisfaction
Support client engagements by delivering analytical insights and data-driven solutions to complex pharmaceutical business problems
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to achieve timely, accurate, and impactful project outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering/Master’s Degree from Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university with evidence of strong academics and aptitude
Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI
General statistics knowledge is a plus
Industry experience in analytics and technology: 0–2 years for Associate
Strong organizational and task management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment with global clients/stakeholders
