About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the development of client proposals and ensure methodological soundness
Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
Build and enhance complex reports, online tools, and data processes
Perform advanced analyses and communicate insights effectively to clients
Use SAS, Python, and VBA to facilitate data processing and reporting
Drive external client engagements and own key aspects of client relationships
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed
Manage project financial aspects, including drafting SOWs and managing invoices
Identify firm growth opportunities and create action plans for new offerings and improved best practices
Lead and mentor diverse teams
Contribute to employee engagement, recruitment, training, management initiatives, and ongoing education

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or advanced degree
At least 6 years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting
Strong coding skills in SAS, Python, and VBA
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced analytical and quantitative aptitude
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Proven project management and people management skills
Experience as a team leader or manager
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in analytics within the life sciences industry
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be authorized to work in the US permanently and ongoing without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
