About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with project teams to understand application requirements
- Translate requirements into Mainsail configuration tasks
- Provide cost and timing estimates
- Track project tasks and timelines
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Recommend improvements to the configuration process
- Participate in training and support junior configuration team members
- Provide guidance and oversight on configuration tasks involving Microsoft SQL Server data models, stored procedures, table-valued functions, and triggers
- Oversee Mainsail UI/UX JavaScript/CSS customization of application behavior
- Design and implement complex configuration tasks
- Independently research system capabilities and consult in-house or third-party experts
- Provide technical support as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of related experience
- 7 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- 5 years of experience managing the work of others
- Experience developing SQL tables, views, stored procedures, table-valued functions, scalar functions, triggers, joins, and indexes
- Experience with relational database technologies
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly
- Authority to work permanently in the U.S.
