About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research, organize, analyze, and visualize client data for commercial data projects
Implement, support, and facilitate solutions that help pharmaceutical and life science clients prepare for product launches and commercial success
Process data, ensure data accuracy, and generate insights and metrics for client reports and slide decks
Use coding to facilitate data processing and reporting
Perform advanced analytical requests and build, maintain, and troubleshoot data processes
Create and update client deliverables, reports, advanced dashboards, and slide decks while meeting deadlines
Communicate with clients regarding data processing and ongoing projects
Translate client requests into concrete deliverables and keep project teams apprised of client needs
Coordinate with diverse, including global, teams
Serve as a client point of contact and liaison between clients and the consulting team
Lead client sub-teams to ensure consistent expectations and timely, error-free delivery
Synthesize and communicate results through oral and written presentations
Guide, train, and mentor Associate Consultants
Perform other project work based on client and internal team needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 to 4 years’ professional experience, or PhD
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude through coursework or other experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate active listening skills
Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly
Ability to effectively lead small groups
Intermediate coding skills (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and/or knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI, preferred
Pharma data sources and domain experience preferred
