About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research, organize, analyze, and visualize client data for commercial projects in pharmaceutical and life science firms
Implement, support, and facilitate solutions for product launch and commercial success
Assist with data processing, ensure data accuracy, and generate insights, metrics, reports, and slide decks
Use coding to facilitate data processing and reporting
Perform advanced analytical requests, build data processes, maintain reports and processes, and develop client deliverables such as dashboards and slide decks
Run scheduled processes and troubleshoot ad-hoc errors
Refresh and update regular client deliverables and reports
Communicate with clients regarding data processing and ongoing projects
Translate client requests into concrete deliverables
Keep project teams apprised of client needs and concerns
Coordinate with diverse global teams
Serve as a client point of contact and liaison with the consulting team
Lead client sub-teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery
Synthesize and communicate results through oral and written presentations
Guide, train, and mentor Associate Consultants
Perform other project work as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 to 4 years’ professional experience, or PhD
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude through coursework or other experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate active listening skills
Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly
Ability to effectively lead small groups
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Intermediate coding skills (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and/or knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI, preferred
Pharma data sources and domain experience preferred
