About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide analytical and business support to clients and internal stakeholders on complex projects and strategic initiatives
Lead and coordinate project execution activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Structure ambiguous business problems into defined workstreams and manage them through to completion
Conduct and oversee analysis using relevant data sources and tools
Ensure quality and accuracy of analytical outputs
Develop client-ready presentations, written recommendations, dashboards, and reports
Manage day-to-day client communication, including status updates, scope discussions, and issue resolution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
Build and maintain relationships with internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
Support process improvement, reporting enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives
Contribute to business growth initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and organizational development programs
Review the work of Associate Consultants and provide guidance to support their development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution/university
At least 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, business operations, strategy, project management, or related functions
Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical analytics is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently
Experience working in global or matrix-based organizations is an advantage
Ability to work with international stakeholders and flexible working hours when required
Consulting mindset with strong business acumen
Ability to handle ambiguous and unstructured business problems
Strong ownership and accountability
Team player with mentoring and leadership capabilities
