Lead design and delivery of full-stack product features from discovery through production
Build accessible, responsive interfaces using React and TypeScript
Develop APIs and backend services focused on correctness, maintainability, and clear contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–9 years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial full-stack product development
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development
Experience building backend APIs and services in Python or a similar language
Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling
Experience designing reliable workflows for complex business rules or data-heavy applications
Track record of taking features from ambiguous requirements to production
Strong testing, debugging, and code review habits
Clear communication and ability to work effectively across product and engineering
Helpful: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and cloud-hosted applications
Helpful: Data imports, document workflows, background jobs, or audit trails
Helpful: Accessibility, application security, and observability practices
Helpful: Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical work across a team
