About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and develop Data Management projects, ensuring methodological soundness, quality client services, timely delivery, and budget adherence
Lead project teams in the design and development of Data Management projects
Advise on strategy, team resources, and deadlines; perform data investigation and platform configuration as needed
Define project scope and development approaches, conduct issue analysis, and develop hypotheses
Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams
Manage DM/MDM implementations, including client communication, meetings, agendas, timelines, and regular client contact
Build and improve data processes independently or with a team
Coordinate with diverse global teams
Use coding to facilitate data processing and reporting
Provide project leadership on process improvements, client requests, and new deliverables
Monitor progress, manage risk, inform stakeholders, and manage project finances, SOWs, and client invoices
Support management through employee engagement, recruiting, training, education, mentorship, and coaching
Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented environment
Coach and mentor junior team members and serve as their Professional Development Manager
Grow external client engagements and own aspects of client-firm relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience
Experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer MDM or other centralized data management solutions in the US pharmaceuticals market
MDM experience in Oncology therapeutic area preferred
CDW experience in US Pharmaceuticals market preferred
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word
Advanced Excel skills required
Coding skills in Python, R or SAS required
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective project management and people management skills
Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly
Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
