Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and developing high-quality client deliverables
Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines
Perform key data analytics tasks supporting internal teams and clients
Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies
Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights
Communicate results to internal and external teams
Independently manage projects, client communications, meetings, and timelines
Serve as a primary client contact with minimal oversight
Develop and optimize data processes, using coding where necessary for efficient data handling and reporting
Coordinate with global and diverse teams for seamless project execution
Participate in business development activities and internal firm initiatives
Mentor and guide junior team members and oversee their professional development
Drive innovation and provide thought leadership across work streams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and PowerPoint
Advanced expertise in Excel
Good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting
Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, and VBA
Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau and Power BI is highly preferred
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Proven ability to solve complex problems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be authorized to work in the US permanently and ongoing without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
