Key responsibilities & impact

Support the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences commercial efforts
Drive innovation and creative solutions as a subject matter expert
Provide thought leadership across work streams
Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and developing high-quality client deliverables
Advise on project direction, resource management, timelines, scope, approach, and development strategies
Perform data analytics tasks for internal teams and clients
Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights
Communicate results to internal and external teams
Independently manage projects, client communications, meetings, and timelines as a primary point of contact
Develop and optimize data processes, using coding for efficient data handling and reporting
Coordinate with global and diverse teams
Participate in business development and internal firm initiatives
Mentor and guide junior team members and support their professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience
Relevant experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Advanced expertise in Excel
Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting
Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA
Experience with Tableau or Power BI highly preferred
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Organizational, time management, and project management skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with pharmaceutical-sector data analytics best practices
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be authorized to work in the US permanently and ongoing without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
