About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BCBA certification (in good standing)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred
  • Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures and BACB ethical guidelines for BCBAs
  • Ability to perform physical and repetitive activities including standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 15 lbs.
