About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide ABA services, supervision, and parent training for children with Autism, IDD, and their caregivers
  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and related tools
  • Design and update behavioral programs to meet learner needs
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians
  • Implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
  • Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals
  • Provide clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum 3 months of experience
  • Active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply for the Georgia LBA
  • Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Access to reliable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, headphones, laptop, phone …)
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills
  • Ability to be an effective agent of a treatment team
