About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide ABA services, supervision, and parent training for children with autism, IDD, and their caregivers
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and related tools
- Design and update behavioral programs to meet learner needs
- Supervise and train ABA technicians
- Implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
- Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals
- Provide clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in Georgia or within 50 miles of Georgia's limits
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum 3 months of experience
- Active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply for the Georgia LBA
- Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Access to reliable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, headphones, laptop, phone, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to be an effective agent of a treatment team
- Spanish speaking is a plus
