About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with operational teams to build, monitor, and improve budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identify key variances, and provide recommendations to support business decisions
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and future business performance
  • Monitor and evaluate financial and operational KPIs to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to support planning, investment, and resource allocation decisions
  • Leverage multiple data sources to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working with large datasets, databases, and financial models
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement structures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both French and English
