About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operational management and scaling of training and consulting programs
Supporting participants in multi-month programs
Managing registrations and communications
Managing the central inbox
Planning online and in-person training sessions
Booking hotels, venues, and travel for trainers and participants
Invoicing and administrative processing
Planning trainer and consultant assignments
Coordinating availability
Supporting quality assurance
Building and further developing the learning platform
Structuring content and participant processes
Gradually digitizing manual workflows
Contributing to the design of new training programs and the further development of program structures
Supporting sales and business development processes through lead follow-up and appointment coordination
Participating in in-house training programs as a co-facilitator or participant

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience in project management, operations, customer success, or event organization, ideally in a B2B environment
Structured and independent approach to work
Excellent organizational skills
Confident communication with customers at executive and senior management level
Strong digital affinity
Experience with CRM systems, learning platforms, or similar tools is a plus
Willingness to travel for several days per month
Very good written and spoken German
An interest in automotive aftersales is a plus, but not required
