About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, develop, and support the Administrative team, ensuring deadlines, quality, organization, and compliance with internal processes
  • Manage and monitor the branch’s administrative routines, including documentation, contracts, controls, and other operational requirements
  • Monitor financial and administrative processes, including expenses, payments, invoices, expense reports, and other branch controls
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of billing, receivables, and documentation processes, in accordance with the branch’s responsibilities
  • Assist with inventory control and monitoring, contributing to accurate balances, well-organized processes, and the identification of discrepancies
  • Partner with the Sales team, providing guidance and support regarding the administrative responsibilities and deliverables required for operations to run smoothly
  • Work with Commercial Management to monitor branch expenses, budget, performance indicators, and results
  • Liaise with corporate departments, ensuring the effective flow of information and resolution of requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience with administrative and financial routines and operational controls
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools
  • Ability to analyze and monitor performance indicators and results
  • Experience with ERP systems and background in the agribusiness sector preferred
