Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
At least 3 years of team management experience preferred
Ability to quickly understand business and IT processes
Strong overall knowledge of mortgage lending
Analytical mindset combined with the ability to synthesize information for management purposes
Personal vision of people management
Ability to motivate a team toward autonomy and innovation
Excellent communication skills
Strong belief that talent management is a key driver of the organization’s future
Good command of Dutch and French
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
