About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the cybersecurity architecture, establishing guidelines, standards, and frameworks to protect technology environments.
Serve as the technical authority for evaluating, designing, and approving security solutions for infrastructure, applications, cloud, digital transformation, and Operational Technology (OT) automation projects.
Conduct risk analyses and recommend security controls aligned with best practices and corporate requirements.
Lead technical discussions related to Zero Trust, Identity Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, and data protection strategies.
Define standards for segmentation, secure access, authentication, authorization, and protection of critical assets.
Develop security architectures involving Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), F5 (LTM/WAF), Active Directory, the Microsoft Security Stack, Azure, and other enterprise technologies.
Ensure integration among Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud, and Identity solutions.
Participate in defining security technology roadmaps by assessing trends, emerging risks, and opportunities to advance the environment.
Support compliance and governance initiatives and adherence to internal, global, and regulatory standards.
Work with global teams to standardize architectures, share knowledge, and ensure strategic alignment.
Work with OT automation teams.
Review existing architectures, identifying opportunities for improvement, risk reduction, and increased security maturity.
Develop and promote technical standards, architectural documentation, blueprints, standards, and implementation references.
Support complex incident response processes by providing technical direction and architectural analysis.
Promote automation and Security by Design and Secure by Default initiatives across enterprise environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in Cybersecurity Architecture or senior technical information security roles.
Knowledge of network architecture.
Experience with secure access solutions and technologies.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and enterprise identity models.
Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), particularly Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices, such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust.
Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
Advanced English proficiency for participation in technical meetings, workshops, and discussions with international teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and systems-thinking skills.
Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AZ-500, Zscaler, F5, or similar are desirable.
Knowledge of Security Operations, Threat Modeling, and Security Engineering is desirable.
Experience with global projects and multinational environments is desirable.
Experience automating security controls using PowerShell, Python, or Infrastructure as Code tools is desirable.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and security practices in development pipelines is desirable.
