About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and standardize the SAP FI/CO modules across the Group
Ensure that systems are aligned with the needs of the Group’s local entities
Develop global guidelines and best practices
Act as the central point of contact between business departments, IT, and local finance teams
Train local key users in German and English
Serve as first-level support for complex issues
Act as the interface between first- and second-level support
Lead SAP FI/CO rollouts in Italy, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom
Develop modern controlling and analytics tools, including BI and profit center accounting solutions
Support Group-wide consolidation processes
Ensure a consistent data foundation
Further develop consolidation processes and system solutions, such as those based on Jedox

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of solid experience with SAP FI/CO, ideally as a Key User, Master Key User, or in a comparable business-related role
Focus on finance processes and their continuous improvement
In-depth programming or customization expertise is not required
Strong understanding of financial interrelationships, analyses, and KPIs
Knowledge of consolidation, planning, and reporting processes
Ideally, experience with BI or performance management solutions such as Jedox
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system solutions
Fluent English skills at a business-negotiation level
Enjoy working in an intercultural environment
Willingness to embrace change and sustainably implement new standards
Solid project management experience
Ability to coordinate complex projects and diverse stakeholders in a structured manner
