About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery teams and shape the strategic direction of the program while managing client relationships
Serve as the primary decision maker for the program
Manage, lead, mentor, and develop team members through direct reports
Apply structured project management and process methodologies to meet contract, scope, schedule, and budget requirements
Communicate and execute against program and company objectives
Lead and resolve conflicts to meet revenue goals and ensure contractual compliance
Manage technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of program performance across multiple efforts
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and advise clients on strategic vision and direction
Manage contractual obligations and subcontractor outputs
Identify risks, implement mitigation techniques, negotiate outcomes, and drive growth opportunities
Handle hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management, and team development
Support modernization of CMS Unified Case Management for fraud, waste, and abuse prevention

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship or Green Card only; no sponsorship offered
US Residency for at least the past 3 years
Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience
5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
Working knowledge of Federal Contract execution
3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development
5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a client services organization
Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment
