Scope and advise clients on their AI use cases, aligned with their business objectives and Microsoft strategy
Lead workshops with business and IT teams, challenge ideas, and identify relevant solutions
Translate business needs into concrete, feasible AI functional solutions
Advise business leadership and IT departments on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agentic AI
Identify prerequisites for deploying AI agents, including data, governance, security, compliance, architecture, and change management
Contribute to defining AI roadmaps and adoption strategies
Design and develop AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Configure topics, actions, tools, instructions, and orchestration mechanisms
Use Power Automate to automate business processes and orchestrate agent actions
Connect agents to Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse
Integrate agents with business applications and external services through connectors and APIs
Participate in POCs, prototyping, testing, and iterations through to production deployment
Implement grounding, testing, guardrails, evaluation, and conversation monitoring
Analyze agent performance and contribute to continuous improvement
Participate in demonstrations, hands-on workshops, training sessions, and hackathons
Contribute to the industrialization, deployment, ALM, and lifecycle management of AI agents
Contribute to structuring Power Platform environments and deployment strategies
Participate in testing, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and solution stabilization
Ensure the quality, security, governance, and maintainability of solutions
Document architectures, configurations, processes, and solutions
Raise client awareness of governance, compliance, security, and Responsible AI
Maintain technology watch on Copilot Studio, agentic AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI
Explore new features and their potential for client projects
Share lessons learned and best practices with teams
Contribute to the development of AI methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and offerings
Participate in pre-sales activities, tender responses, and the scoping of AI projects
Support consultants’ skills development and knowledge sharing within the AI community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio
Hands-on experience designing agents, including topics, actions, tools, orchestration, conversational context management, publishing, and multichannel deployment
Solid experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Good understanding of Power Platform environments, solutions, and ALM principles
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, particularly in architecture, integration, and security
Good understanding of generative AI and AI agent concepts
Practical or theoretical knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, grounding, tool/function calling, model and agent evaluation, guardrails, and agent orchestration
Awareness of the reliability, security, and governance challenges associated with AI solutions
Knowledge of Power Platform CoE, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft APIs, Azure AI / Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Monit is a plus
