Key responsibilities & impact

Participate throughout the full lifecycle of Microsoft 365 implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through deployment, transition, and adoption
Analyse and document business needs and processes from a functional perspective
Develop and optimise standardised business processes
Plan, facilitate, and document functional workshops with business stakeholders
Design scalable, maintainable functional solutions using standard Microsoft 365 functionality
Define and manage project scope based on agreed business requirements
Consolidate and communicate requirements to business and technical stakeholders
Conduct Fit-Gap analyses and produce functional blueprints and solution designs
Support Microsoft 365 solution configuration according to the agreed functional design
Provide functional input to developers for custom development, integrations, and extensions
Support transition and deployment, including key-user training, solution validation, migration preparation, and migration execution
Contribute to change management and user adoption through training sessions, webinars, user guidance, and quick reference materials
Apply recognised change management principles and methodologies
Pursue relevant Microsoft certifications and professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Broad functional knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including Copilot Agents
Understanding of AI and Microsoft 365 capabilities in business environments
Understanding of Microsoft Cloud architecture
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at different levels
Ability to identify opportunities to leverage standard Microsoft functionality
Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business users
Ability to manage changing requirements while maintaining focus on scope and business value
Commitment to continuously develop Microsoft 365 and Copilot ecosystem knowledge
PROSCI certification or equivalent experience is considered an advantage
