About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and Modern Work solutions for enterprise environments
- Develop scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology architectures
- Advise on Microsoft Purview Information Protection, DLP, Records Management and Retention, and eDiscovery
- Define architecture standards, technical roadmaps, implementation strategies, and governance frameworks
- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering and solution envisioning through design, implementation, testing, migration, deployment, and rollout
- Support large-scale and global Microsoft 365 tenant environments
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions for information governance, data protection, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Lead Microsoft 365 migration and modernization initiatives
- Assess technology environments, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and recommend architectural solutions
- Establish implementation methodologies, testing strategies, technical documentation, and operational processes
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as a strategic technology advisor
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to proposal development, solution design, client presentations, and business development initiatives
- Support account growth and market development
- Lead project teams and oversee engagement delivery, milestones, quality standards, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and structured learning
- Manage project plans, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes across multiple engagements
- Promote architecture standards, development methodologies, and delivery best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, information governance, and Modern Work technologies
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Purview, including Information Protection, DLP, Records Management and Retention, and eDiscovery
- Experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions within large, complex, and global enterprise environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Azure, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Migration Manager
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, third-party migration tools, and enterprise-scale implementation programs
- Understanding of solution architecture, requirements management, development methodologies, testing, technical documentation, and business process design
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology ecosystem and integration capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage delivery risks, and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Experience contributing to business development, proposals, and solution strategy is desirable
- Familiarity with GCC and GCC High environments is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred
- Seven or more years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in technology consulting, professional services, or a software product organization is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Visio and Access is beneficial
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, security, compliance, or solution architecture are preferred
