About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and oversee the execution of operational activities related to equipment maintenance.
- Develop, update, and analyze management reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Consolidate operational information from different databases.
- Track KPIs and SLAs, identifying deviations, trends, and operational risks.
- Conduct productivity, efficiency, and operational capacity analyses.
- Identify bottlenecks, process failures, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop action plans to correct deviations and optimize operational workflows.
- Support leadership decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Participate in performance review meetings and indicator presentations.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of information used in operational management.
- Prepare executive presentations containing analyses, results, and recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Processes, or a related field.
- Previous experience in process analysis, operations management, or performance indicator management.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and management reports.
- Experience tracking KPIs, SLAs, and operational indicators.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Experience preparing executive presentations.
- Comfortable interacting with different departments and organizational levels.
