About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and monitor schedules for the deployment, relocation, and decommissioning of ATMs
- Work with executing teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards
- Monitor deviations and propose action plans to mitigate impacts
- Negotiate deadlines and priorities with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and update management KPIs for project tracking
- Consolidate data and prepare executive reports
- Present deployment results and status updates to partner teams
- Identify opportunities to optimize deployment workflows
- Propose system and operational improvements
- Support the acceptance testing of new features in ATM Manager
- Monitor the allocation and distribution of ATMs to regional warehouses
- Ensure alignment with the monthly activation target
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience monitoring operational projects or deployments
- Experience preparing KPIs, management reports, and executive presentations
- Schedule control and monitoring
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (database management, data consolidation, and analysis)
- Schedule management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Presentation and reporting tools (PowerPoint or similar)
- Knowledge of ticketing systems or operational monitoring platforms is a plus
