About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders and relevant business areas
- Document functional requirements, business rules, and system needs
- Develop and detail user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead and participate in requirements-gathering, refinement, and alignment meetings
- Map AS IS and TO BE processes, supporting the identification of improvements
- Work alongside development teams, clarifying requirements and business rules during implementation
- Support solution testing, validation, and delivery acceptance processes
- Identify impacts, integrations, and dependencies related to requirements
- Ensure traceability between requirements, development, testing, and deliverables
- Keep functional documentation organized and up to date throughout the requirements lifecycle
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experiência com levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos
- Experiência na elaboração de histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite
- Conhecimento em mapeamento de processos AS IS / TO BE
- Experiência na interação com stakeholders, áreas de negócio e equipes de desenvolvimento
- Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis e participação em cerimônias como refinamento, planning e review
- Capacidade de analisar regras de negócio, impactos e dependências entre sistemas e processos
- Experiência com homologação e validação funcional de soluções
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão e documentação de demandas, como Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps ou similares
- Conhecimento em BPMN ou ferramentas de modelagem de processos
- Conhecimentos de APIs e integrações entre sistemas
- Experiência em projetos de desenvolvimento ou evolução de sistemas
- Conhecimento de testes funcionais e UAT
- Formação ou certificações relacionadas a requisitos, análise de negócios ou metodologias ágeis
