About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop software applications using Node.js, React, and Flutter
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Perform coding, debugging, testing, and quality assurance throughout application development
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full technology stack
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams on technical solutions
Advise junior developers about the technology stack when needed
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions
Work with less guidance while maintaining quality standards
Contribute to moderately complex project aspects
Take initiative in problem-solving and solution development
Work independently while maintaining team collaboration
Support project planning and estimation activities
Report to the Engineering Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of related professional software development experience
2+ years of hands-on Node.js development experience
Experience building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints
Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Understanding of server architecture, middleware, and backend frameworks such as Express.js or Fastify
1-2 years of React.js experience
Knowledge of component lifecycle, state management, React Hooks, modern React patterns, Redux, or Context API
Experience with Flutter framework for mobile development
Dart programming language proficiency
Cross-platform mobile app development experience
Understanding of Flutter widgets and state management
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testing frameworks
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the full stack
Familiarity with modern development tools, IDEs, and build processes
Experience working in collaborative development environments
Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to work on projects with moderate complexity
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
