About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Anvl Frontline Worker Safety product onboarding for global and enterprise customers
Learn customer goals, processes, and systems, and document requirements, success criteria, and KPIs
Recommend and configure Anvl workflows aligned with customer processes
Design, configure, and test API-based integrations between Anvl and customer systems
Work directly with customer IT and technical teams
Plan and manage large, multi-milestone rollouts and keep them on schedule
Train customer teams, from field technicians to administrators, for launch readiness
Implement AI-enabled capabilities and guide customers in using these tools
Use AI tools for project plans, documentation, configuration, and analysis, checking output quality
Hand off live customers to Account Management with clear documentation
Report project status and blockers to implementation leadership weekly
Share product feedback, customer use cases, and expansion opportunities with Product, Sales, and Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience implementing large, complex Enterprise SaaS products, from kickoff through launch
Familiarity with EHS, quality, sustainability, or connected worker industrial SaaS, and the industries that use them, such as energy, utilities, construction, manufacturing, or field service
Hands-on experience configuring SaaS workflows for business customers
Hands-on experience integrating systems and data flows through APIs
Experience training customer users on software
Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and/or implementing AI-enabled features for customers
Basic HTML knowledge
Experience with diagramming and project management tools
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience (nice to have)
Experience in a startup or small-team environment (nice to have)
