Key responsibilities & impact

Build the professional services team for systems implementation
Define the operating model, service offerings, engagement structure, delivery methodology, governance, and cross-functional handoffs
Establish standards and templates for scoping, estimation, staffing, change control, and project close-out
Define role definitions, skill levels, career paths, and business metrics for implementation teams
Own scoping, statements of work, implementation budgets, pricing, commercial discipline, and change-order processes
Review and approve scope and pricing for large or complex deals
Lead and escalate the largest, highest-risk enterprise deployments, including multi-module, multi-region, and multi-system programs
Guide solution design, integration approach, data migration, and change management
Hold delivery teams accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and customer outcomes
Hire, develop, coach, and scale a high-caliber implementation team
Determine the appropriate mix of internal staff and partner or subcontractor capacity
Engage customer executives and sponsors, set expectations, and build confidence in delivery capability
Provide input to Product and Leadership on large-customer needs and delivery lessons
Work with Growth leadership to position implementation capabilities in strategic pursuits
Assess current practices, engagements, staffing, gaps, and risks during the first 90 days
Establish relationships across Strategic Subscriber Collaboration, Growth, Finance, Product, and Customer Success
Propose the target systems implementation operating model and initial standards
Improve scope capture, delivery predictability, and margin on large deployments

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years’ experience in consulting, systems implementation, or professional services
5+ years’ experience managing and leading the delivery of professional services in the EHS mgmt. systems and/or EHS digital platforms space
Direct experience building, scaling, or materially reshaping professional services or implementation practices, including offerings, methodology, pricing, resourcing, and delivery governance
Strong commercial acumen, including scoping, pricing, and negotiating SOWs, managing change control, and accountability for engagement margin and profitability
Executive presence and ability to earn trust with customer executives, internal leadership, and delivery teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with enterprise integrations including ERP, HRIS, IAM, data platforms, and other enterprise systems
Experience with data migration and change management
Ability to hire, develop, and lead implementation teams
Ability to manage partner or subcontractor capacity and relationships
