About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee planning and progress of historical data migration and enterprise systems integration workstreams
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to establish milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and completion criteria
  • Track data readiness, migration validation, integration testing, and rollout activities
  • Identify risks, delays, and decisions affecting implementation delivery
  • Serve as a key contact for customer stakeholders on migration and integration matters
  • Facilitate discussions between customer business and technical teams and implementation and technical teams
  • Communicate progress, open issues, decisions, and next steps to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Build trusted customer relationships and manage expectations through changing requirements
  • Identify disconnects between customer expectations, technical requirements, project plans, and agreed SOW
  • Document potential scope changes and recommend SOW modifications or formal approvals
  • Coordinate resolution or escalation of issues involving data quality, system dependencies, customer readiness, or competing priorities
  • Maintain records of decisions, risks, and delivery-impacting changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, SaaS implementation, enterprise software delivery, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating data migration or systems integration workstreams in complex implementations
  • Ability to discuss data mapping, migration validation, APIs, integration dependencies, and testing without performing hands-on engineering
  • Experience managing project scope, risks, stakeholder expectations, and change requests
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work with customer technical teams and business leaders
  • Knowledge of EHS data is a plus
  • Experience with EHS software or other complex enterprise SaaS implementations is preferred
  • PMP or a similar project management certification is a plus
