About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting resources
- Post and maintain job opportunities across recruiting platforms
- Review resumes and applications and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate outreach and communicate throughout the recruiting process
- Schedule and coordinate phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite interviews, and hiring manager meetings
- Coordinate interview calendars and send confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and next-step communications
- Maintain candidate information and recruiting activity in the HRIS/ATS
- Assist with candidate tracking, recruiting reports, background checks, employment verifications, reference checks, offers, and pre-employment processes
- Coordinate new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through the first day
- Prepare onboarding materials, forms, documentation, orientations, schedules, meetings, and introductions
- Communicate company policies, HRIS, benefits, required training, security, and other onboarding requirements
- Monitor required training assignments, follow up on overdue training, send reminders, and maintain completion records
- Assist with administering the LMS and coordinating HR, compliance, security, SOC 2, and other training initiatives
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Operations & Talent Manager
- Assist with employee questions, HR requests, HRIS data entry, employee record updates, lifecycle transactions, check-ins, communications, meetings, policies, reports, audits, and compliance activities
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for routine employee HR needs and support engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, documentation, and confidential records
- Assist with special HR projects, events, orientations, process improvements, and organizational initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Perform assigned services at Benefit Harbor under its day-to-day direction while WorkWell serves as Employer of Record
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Professional and service-oriented approach when working with employees and candidates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other standard business applications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the HR team and business leaders
- Ability to communicate HR processes and expectations clearly and effectively
- Strong listening, collaboration, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR, hiring managers, employees, candidates, leadership, and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality
- Integrity, reliability, responsibility, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail
- Must reside in the DFW Metroplex for the local hybrid schedule
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
- Preferred: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred: Experience with an HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System
- Preferred: Experience coordinating recruiting and interviews
- Preferred: Experience supporting employee onboarding
- Preferred: Experience administering or tracking LMS training
- Preferred: Experience in a technology, SaaS, benefits administration, or professional services environment

- Hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days onsite and home-office flexibility
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule
