Integrate all implementation activities into operations to support successful adoption and ensure optimal alignment across initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an implementation advisor or change management advisor in a role involving strategic and cross-functional responsibilities within a large organization
Comfortable working in complex and ambiguous environments
Knowledge of business realities and innovative change management practices to effectively position the sequencing, feasibility, and cross-functional objectives of assigned initiatives
Fluency in French, both spoken and written
Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
