About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the evolution of the vision, strategic directions, and roadmap for data, analytics, and business intelligence
- Lead, engage, and develop a multidisciplinary team specializing in data management, business intelligence, analytics, and data products
- Guide the evolution of data platforms, practices, and capabilities
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee the delivery of a portfolio of data products, performance indicators, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with business units, technology teams, architecture, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics teams
- Ensure the governance and prioritization of data-related initiatives, investments, and needs
- Establish and evolve standards, practices, and frameworks for data management, analytics, and business intelligence
- Develop self-service analytics capabilities
- Measure the value created by data and analytics initiatives and recommend necessary adjustments
- Exercise influential leadership with partners and monitor emerging trends in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in statistics, actuarial science, computer science, or a related field
- 7 to 9 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in data solutions, business intelligence, analytics, or data governance
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing teams
- Experience managing and delivering data products and analytics solutions
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data value realization principles
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
