About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead activities related to updating and monitoring the organization’s strategic plan
- Conduct market analyses and provide strategic monitoring of trends, competitors, and emerging business models
- Develop recommendations and prepare strategic documents for governance bodies and planning exercises
- Contribute to aligning the strategic plan with initiative portfolios and organizational priorities
- Develop and monitor indicators to measure progress toward strategic ambitions
- Facilitate collaboration between strategy teams and business units to ensure consistency across priorities and initiatives
- Collaborate on organizational engagement initiatives related to strategic priorities, including communications and change management activities
- Support the facilitation of decision-making bodies and the management of cross-functional strategic matters
- Represent the Strategy and Innovation Vice Presidency on various committees and working groups
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including significant experience in corporate strategic planning
- Expertise in developing strategic plans, conducting strategic analyses, or advising senior management
- Experience contributing to the preparation of executive presentations and recommendations for decision-making bodies
- Proficiency in strategic analysis, organizational performance management, and environmental scanning
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
