About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive global value, access, pricing, and reimbursement launch-readiness for an assigned asset across geographies
  • Translate pivotal evidence and the competitive landscape into differentiated global access and pricing tactics
  • Develop country-ready toolkits enabling local affiliates to secure timely reimbursement and optimal patient access
  • Coordinate with Hematology portfolio leads whose assets share similar indications
  • Collaborate with HEOR, Medical, Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Pricing, Medical Affairs, and affiliate teams
  • Develop and help lead global market access and reimbursement strategies across lead and future pipeline indications
  • Provide GVAP input to lifecycle planning, indication sequencing, evidence prioritization, governance, and oversight
  • Translate payer insights into recommendations for clinical development, evidence generation, pricing, access strategy, and commercialization planning
  • Integrate access and payer requirements into development processes, including trial design, endpoints, and evidence generation
  • Build global value dossiers, budget-impact and cost-effectiveness frameworks, and payer communication materials
  • Support EU Joint Clinical Assessment strategy and dossier development
  • Track access milestones, evidence needs, and deliverables against launch plans; flag risks and dependencies
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for regional and affiliate teams on access and pricing deliverables
  • Train teams on access toolkits and share materials
  • Monitor competitive, pricing, HTA, and policy landscapes, including BTK-class dynamics and EU HTA/JCA developments
  • Report affiliate and payer insights to the Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate science degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, health policy, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of biopharmaceutical experience, with a substantial portion in global, regional, or country value, access, pricing, and reimbursement roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in HTA processes and payer systems across key markets, including G-BA/IQWiG, NICE, and HAS
  • Knowledge of the US payer environment; IRA/MFN awareness is a plus
  • Experience building global value dossiers, HTA/EU HTA JCA submission content, and payer value evidence in partnership with HEOR
  • Working knowledge of global or major-market pricing strategy, IRP/reference-pricing management, and price/revenue scenario modelling for specialty or oncology/hematology products
  • Strong understanding of pivotal-trial evidence interpretation and comparator/competitive assessment in oncology or hematology
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives and influence without direct authority in a matrixed, global organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • International travel expected
  • Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MBA) strongly preferred
  • In-country, regional, or affiliate market access, pricing, reimbursement, or HTA experience preferred
  • Launch experience in oncology/hematology, ideally including EU JCA launches, preferred
  • HEOR fluency in budget-impact and cost-effectiveness modelling preferred
