About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify access data and evidence priorities addressing market dynamics, reimbursement landscapes, and regulatory environments
  • Collaborate with matrix stakeholders to address segment needs and plan for market trends influencing patient access
  • Analyze complex market access, healthcare economics, and patient outcomes datasets using AI and machine learning techniques
  • Foster cross-business collaboration and leverage predictive models and algorithms to optimize market access and patient care
  • Stay current on AI technologies and methodologies relevant to strategic evidence generation and market access
  • Design and execute evidence plans and tactics using fit-for-purpose data and real-world evidence
  • Demonstrate the value of therapies and support market access initiatives
  • Coordinate with Market Access functions and cross-functional BeiGene teams to align evidence strategies
  • Identify appropriate real-world data sources and opportunities for patient-centric initiatives
  • Develop relationships with data vendors, strategic partners, and market access segments
  • Collaborate with account directors, account teams, and market access stakeholders on research projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS in science degree required
  • BS with 10 plus years, or an MS or PhD with 7 plus years of experience, in the life sciences and market access
  • Experience with customer engagement, data, and analytics responsibilities
  • Strong preference for hematology and/or solid tumor oncology background
  • Strong understanding of AI methodologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics
  • Experience working with organized customers and/or direct work experience at claims, EMR/EHR, real world data vendors, IDNs, Health Systems, GPOs, or large Community Practices
  • Expertise in designing and conducting research, including real-world evidence generation and patient-centered outcomes projects
  • Strong analytical skills and statistical methodology
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
  • Understanding of healthcare policy, reimbursement systems, and regulatory frameworks in the United States
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects and deliver effective results within defined timelines
  • Standard computer skills
  • Approximately 30% travel
